Website information

This website provides general information about Alicia Burgess Photography, including my services, style, packages and availability.

I take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and current. However, pricing, packages, inclusions and availability may change without notice. Any pricing and inclusions confirmed in your written quote and booking documents will apply to your session.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking or guarantee the availability of a particular date.

A photography booking is only secured once the required booking steps have been completed. These may include signing the client agreement, paying the required deposit or invoice and receiving written confirmation from Alicia Burgess Photography.

Each booking is governed by the separate client agreement and invoice provided during the booking process. These documents contain the terms specific to your session, including payment, rescheduling, cancellation, illness, image delivery and package inclusions.

If there is any inconsistency between these website terms and your signed client agreement, the client agreement will apply to your photography service.

Photography style

My portfolio represents my candid, connection-led and film-inspired approach to photography. My work intentionally includes natural colour, visible grain, movement and occasional motion blur.

By booking Alicia Burgess Photography, you acknowledge that photography is a creative and subjective service. Every session is influenced by the people involved, the location, lighting, weather and natural interactions on the day.

While I welcome information about the people and moments that matter to you, specific photographs, poses, expressions, weather conditions or results cannot be guaranteed. Inspiration images and Pinterest boards are used as guidance and will not be copied or recreated exactly.

Children and safety

A parent, guardian or responsible adult must supervise children throughout a photography session.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for determining whether a location or activity is suitable for their child and for informing me about any relevant medical, behavioural, accessibility or safety considerations.

The safety and wellbeing of everyone involved will always take priority over obtaining a particular photograph.

Copyright and website content

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, written content, branding, graphics and other material displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Alicia Burgess Photography.

You may view and share direct links to this website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Without written permission, you must not:

Copy, download, reproduce or republish website photographs
