You know before you are a parent, when people tell you with a sad smile, “time goes so fast when you have kids!”? You nod and agree, without fully knowing how fast it actually goes. But then you have kids of your own, and your days are full—fuller than you ever imagined—and suddenly, you’re enrolling them into kindergarten, and no, I’m not crying, there’s just dust in my eye. It’s wild: you spend so much of your time in the throes of chaos, almost wishing the days, months, and years away, and suddenly your baby isn’t your baby anymore, and you want it to slow down.

Well, you can. Not literally (that would be an amazing superpower), but with images that capture your little people exactly as they are at this very moment in time. That longed-for bump you cradled so desperately for nine months, frozen in time. The way your partner looked at you when you exchanged vows, just the two of you on that windswept hill. We can’t stop time, but we can freeze it for just a moment. And then have tangible evidence that it actually happened.

I’m a mum of four incredible kids, so I know what your days look like. They’re similar to mine—chasing after tiny people, picking up toys, being the snack provider 24/7. It’s wondrous and exhausting, but I’m here for all of it. And I’m here for you too, to help you remember this time by capturing your beautiful season.

When I’m not mumming, or photographing (meaning, the extra 10 minutes I have every day), you’ll find me enjoying an iced coffee or three (hello, lifeblood of parenthood), simple quiet weekends with trips to the coffee shop on scooters, and getting away with my family when we can.
